Listen360 Is Great Product When You Want Your Customer Service To Outshine Everyone

I have been impressed with this product since we started using it at my old company (now acquired by another) which also used listen 360! All of our clients love us - they can't stop raving about how much easier it is to find what they are looking for now that it's all in one place. That being said, as an employer myself I could see some improvements here and there.   • Great user interface; very intuitive &amp loved seeing new ways people were finding things through search queries..and most importantly was able connect those searches wihin LISTENs database quickly!! Very helpful for various vendors and the ability to communicate live

I love how easy it was set up as well with all of our vendors in one dashboard! The ability not only see but listen live has been very helpful when we are unable or have limited resources available during an outage from some vendor (iRack). It's also nice having everything right there at your fingertips instead looking through multiple dashboards across different platforms like Slack & Teams - which sometimes can be difficult since they aren't always synced together perfectly yet either so you…
