This is an excellent product for removing hair from all sides, ideal for all areas around the ears, around the nose. It has a very sleek, thin design, feels good in the hand and doesn't feel or function like it's cheaply made. The engine is very quiet, you only hear the cutting blades. It's not annoyingly loud when worn around the ears. Great product and good solid design.

I only bought these because they were supposed to be waterproof but the on/off touch switch is Pita. You turn it on and start owning this little pub wag and BOOM! You have already disabled it. The small, modern sensor part takes some getting used to. No traction, powerful, even comes with a side burner attachment that really works, charges fairly quickly, works great and is worth the money.

Looks very nice and high tech in pictures, but high tech is its Achilles heel. It uses a pressure sensitive switch along with a hidden switch. So to turn it on you need to push the hidden switch to the 'on' position for the 'push switch' to work so you can turn on the trimmer. Pretty pointless to need two switches! Also, the trimmer will happily turn itself off if your finger accidentally touches the push button. Very annoying design. To make matters worse, the motor is weak and the trimmer…

The overall product is good but there are 2 complaints that should be addressed during development. First, turning touch on and off is a good idea, but you often accidentally disable it by using it while holding the barrel. Theoretically good idea, but poor implementation. Secondly, if you install a cutting blade, the guard will not fit. Simple design needs fixing. Overall it works great once you get used to holding it and not accidentally disconnecting it.

I like the sleek and modern design, it's a solid little device, well made, quiet and easy to use and clean. It's great too. I've had other trimmers that were pretty noisy and harder to clean. This lies well in the hand and feels good and robust. It uses USB charging and has enough power for fast and clean cutting.

Easy to use. I think it's great that there's a bag that you can put everything in again. Then I can assemble everything and throw it in a drawer when I'm done. It's chic and looks more expensive than it is.

Very hard to turn on and off. And it sometimes turns off during use by an accidental touch. Very frustrating. You need a switch or button under the seal that you can feel and make tangible or something. It often took me longer to turn this thing on and off than it did to trim my nose and ear hair. Also, the cap only fits on one of the heads. This device could be much better.
