Saves you time, money and worry

I have to say this is my first bad review. I hesitated because I really want others to pay this money for something useless. It would be great if you could hear it, but even at the loudest volume, you can barely hear it. You have to fix it.

Pros
  • Pleasant
Cons
  • Boring packaging

Good concept but terrible sound

Although this toy comes with many play modes and options, the sound is incredibly quiet. You must be in a quiet room with no other TV, music, or conversation to hear it. My son likes it because he likes the little ass canal but he puts it to his ear to hear better.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for seniors

Reminiscent of goods from a junk shop

Barley sound can be heard even at maximum volume. I tried to figure out the setup but the only instructions included are in French! I bought it from American Revain so I'm not sure what's going on there. The audio is in English so I think it deserves one star.

Pros
  • High quality assembly
Cons
  • Some defects

The volume is too low to interest the child.

You can hear it quietly in a perfectly quiet room, but you won't hear it at maximum volume in a busy house. My grandson wasn't interested and has another phone [not Baby Bum] which is loud and loves it. I bought him another baby bum so I really hope he gets better!

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • It's OK

2 year old loved it!

Bought as a birthday gift for a 2 year old. Loud party, lots of kids so she was a bit shy and just sat and looked around. She didn't interact with any of the toys until she got this one, and then she couldn't tear herself away from it. Her parents and grandparents were very happy that she liked it so much. Well made, works as promised.

Pros
  • Very impressive
Cons
  • Little things

Dark screen and very quiet.

My kid is very into LBB now so I bought this phone thinking he would like it. Really nothing special. The screen is really dark and the sound is very quiet. Now it's in his toy box and he doesn't play with it anymore. I changed the batteries thinking it was the problem but it didn't improve anything. Wouldn't buy again.

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • I won't say anything

It would be better with a software update

This is a good toy because my son can recognize different songs and dance along. However, it is difficult to turn on (for a baby) and turns off too quickly. It's an LCD and could potentially stay on for days without draining the batteries. Also, songs should be the first "menu" at startup, and more progressive learning menus should come later after baby can pronounce the keys more easily.

Pros
  • Price
Cons
  • Cord is shorter than other picks

The sound is almost inaudible!

The phone is charming. It looks more like a real phone than most I've seen and has a real working clock. Had to give 3 stars because the buttons are "kind of touch sensitive" and sometimes you have to press really hard to get them to play. but sound even worse! Even at maximum volume it is very quiet! You can hardly hear it. Appears to be cheaply made. In general, my daughter likes it, it's just not audible. We also bought a children's book and the audio is terrible too. So I don't know what's…

Not the best phone for walkers!

The volume is low but this is to protect baby's ears as most baby monitors currently sold also protect their hearing. In fact, I thought it was louder than other gaming phones on the market. This toy phone worries me the most because my son is in the biting phase and had the phone for less than an hour and almost stuck his tooth through the screen. I've never had problems like this with a toy. That being said, the instructions clearly state how to change the settings from nursery rhymes to…

Pros
  • This is amazing
Cons
  • Some bugs
