Just thrown in a shipping carton.

Firstly the quality of L'Occitane has really gone down. Not like old stuff! darn it! Back to Estee Lauder, I'm on my way. *** This lotion was thrown in a box of Revain Prime with 2 boxes of canned dog food and a bunch of other stuff. No effort has been made to protect the bottle/cap. shifted. It was a disaster.

Luxurious, good product

L'Occitane products may be a bit more expensive, but they are worth the money. It cleans well and leaves the skin nourished and hydrated. The scent of natural materials, no perfume.

Bad smell Damaged product

The product had a terrible smell. I love this line because of the great smell of their product but this was terrible. I returned it. I wonder if he was in the heat during transport.

Gentle, non-drying make-up remover

This is my favorite morning cleanser, it's gentle and doesn't leave my skin feeling dry. Even gentle on my very sensitive eyes but doesn't remove makeup very well so this is my morning wash, love it!

Love this line and have used an oil form before. It smelled great. I was looking forward to trying this one but it smells so good. Buy another - oil!

Do not use on dry/sensitive skin

This milk will do It doesn't smell as bad as other users have described - it's a sweet smell somewhere between figs, honey and cheap candy. The consistency is normal, slightly watery. I used it as a facial cleanser to replace Bliss Clog's solvent based cleanser (a much better cleanser). Used every day only in the morning. By the third day my skin was very dry and tight and I had to go back to Bliss for a week to restore balance. I can't comment on how it works as a makeup remover, but as a…
