My only two small criticisms: 1) Angel that the tablet fits. I had to get used to that, all other keyboard cases/other cases have other angels to sit on. This one is done. I have trusted the Logitech brand but this device could not be recognized by the Samsung device I was trying to use it with. The Bluetooth pairing indicator was off. It was a used item which might have been a problem for another buyer as well. Item looked like new, although someone touched up some of the product information. I bought this item used and checked the Logitech website for instructions. Bluetooth connects everything and I have no problems registering or delaying keys. The keyboard is a bit cramped for the hands, but typing should get better over time. I agree with everyone who says the stand collapses when you move. It lies absolutely stable on a flat surface. This works great on my Tab S4. It has an adjustable clip that's pretty easy to use to slide the tongue in and out. The keyboard is a bit small, but once I get used to it, everything will be fine. The keys feel comfortable. I don't know how long the batteries will last so we'll have to wait and see. I bought Logitech as the only 10 inch folio keyboard I could find that didn't have a detachable magnetic (never strong enough) keyboard. Very disappointed. Haven't used it yet and if it doesn't have terrible glitches I'll keep it, but it looks and feels cheap. It claims to have a two-year battery life, but I doubt the lid will last that long since the hinge is just a piece of flexible plastic and the "lock" is a rubber band. I thought Logitech was supposed to be a "good" brand. Better keep that
