I recently broke my classic Vanderhagen Butterfly wet razor and needed a new one. I've had this thing for over 8 years. When I went shopping I wanted something lighter in weight, not like a butterfly razor, and I like the black or metallic finish. I found everything here and at an unbelievable price. It's a basic $60 razor, and I mean business. The first shave was smooth; Simply rub it over the skin without pressure and smooth it out. No nicks at all and I'm prone to irritation and cut easily…

This is the least aggressive razor I have ever owned. base, BEFORE the blade. Without a pad the razor just removes soap on my face, with pads I expect a great shave every time (to make a pad by cutting off the raw edges of the old blade, use homemade scissors. I've had no problems but you can make one Wear glasses)

I love this razor. High quality razor. This razor also has a great feel. Although this razor may be too heavy for some people, it's perfect for me. There's also a nice long handle that makes it easier to control.
