I've been using this mascara for many years and I really like it because I can apply the mascara without lumps or flaking and my sensitive eyes don't water. I've been using very expensive ($27.99 per tube) Lancome Mascara for many, many years. I tried L'Oreal's Volumizing, Shaping, Smudge-Free Mascara, which costs about $8 a tube, and found it to be a great, inexpensive product that easily replaces Lancome's equally excellent product. But why overpay when L'Oreal has created a great product for a small price. I am very satisfied and order this L'Oreal mascara from Revain year after year. GOOD PRODUCT! Thank you!

I love it! He has a good wand, the smell isn't terrible. It runs fine. I found the applicator to be a little flimsy, but that's probably to keep you from tapping the mascara off as you apply it. It looks very nice, my eyelashes are not very big naturally but I would say they are normal. I am a 40 year old woman. I only applied once in 8 hours. Of the "pharmacy brands" mascaras I've used recently, I liked this one. It is easy to apply, makes the eyelashes long and dark. I've noticed that it doesn't come off as easily as other mascaras, which is both a blessing and a curse. It stays on your lashes for a long time, but you also end up with those horrible "raccoon eyes" that are difficult to get rid of because the mascara doesn't rub off easily. I am an eyelash curler and this mascara seems to straighten your lashes. It is strange. I like how it's done. I don't even mind a brush with plastic bristles, which I usually hate. Would I buy again, probably not. i like curls It runs fine. My sister loves it but she was born with long lashes that she doesn't need to curl. She was lucky.

The only reason I am giving such a low rating is because of my allergic reaction to it. I am allergic to most drug store beauty products and unfortunately this one is now on this list. But if you don't have sensitive skin like me. Get it for sure! It's a good price and made my lashes look amazing. Not waterproof but it did the job I needed.
