Great chair. All the adjustment options gave me great back support. One article only. The chair cannot be lowered far enough for my height. Everything else is great.

I bought this for my computer office chair. Very uncomfortable. When I adjust the back of my chair to a straight/vertical position, I slide further and further into the seat. Tailbone hurts. Wouldn't buy it again. I didn't know it was made in Taiwan or I wouldn't have bought it. My husband likes it so will give it to him.

This is a very good chair, assembled in just a few minutes. A good product. My only complaint is that the seat is a bit flimsy or maybe the foam is too thick. Hopefully this hard seat will last a little longer. Everything else is good, there are plenty of comfort settings to really get the hang of it. I like it.

Wonderful chair, I'm so glad I bought it. When the chair arrived the parts and instructions were in perfect condition. The instructions were short but very easy to understand and follow. The only difficult step was putting your back on the bar. What I didn't understand was the need to push the bar very hard into the groove.
