I like the bag but the shoulder straps are too long for my daughter, she adjusted everything but they are still too long for her.

This bag was very beautiful and had a lot of details. The accommodation was also perfect. The problem is that it had a very bad smell that wouldn't go away no matter how much I aired it out. I hated returning it but just couldn't stand the smell. It even made my car stink. UNITED KINGDOM!

I love the backpack! Loungefly has great wallets! However, the smell of the factory can be felt as soon as you unpack and open the packaging. I've tried spraying perfume on it but it still smells so I'll use the snuggle dryer indoors. In general, it was delivered quickly and very strong! A good product!

I treated myself to this bag and am very glad that I liked it. As everyone says it has an odor but to me everything you buy online has a slight factory smell. There is nothing that will not disappear over time. This bag is beautiful with details. I don't understand why anyone would return this item just because the smell almost went away in one day, just silly for me. This is a must!

I would give it 4.5 stars if I could as it is beautiful but not quite perfect (for me). My straps are tight but still loose (I'm 5ft 6in, 150lbs). sleeveless, although it has no sharp edges. The size is as expected, like a decent bag. Not big enough to cover my 11.5" x 8.5" Chromebook, but it swallows my 6.5" x 4.5" Kindle. You can stuff a sweatshirt in, but no more. The side pockets are not big enough for a water bottle, bigger than a phone although the phone is very easy to steal there…
