Opens up and is very comfortable and holds its shape great. When it's hot and against my bare skin, it might sweat a little but that's to be expected with this material and 85+ weather.

Love the design of the bag but am very disappointed that it arrived with a scratch over the metal plate. I spent a lot of money on this bag, around $100 and I am sad that I received it with a defect right on the front pocket. I would switch but they are no longer available. Guess I'll have to live with the scratch or get it back.
