Look Low But Feel High: Lovetti Girls Basic Soft Dance Shorts Review

I was initially hesitant to buy these shorts for my daughter as they seemed too basic for her fancy dance class. But boy was I wrong! These shorts are incredibly soft and comfortable, perfect for long hours of training. My daughter even wears it under her skirt to school because it feels like butter on her skin. The only downside is that they run a bit small so I had to increase the size. But other than that, they have great value and are definitely worth coming in multiple colors. Who would…

Loose legs? - my new rating

I bought these for my toddler as gym shorts, assuming they were just black spandex shorts. But the legs are loose, not tight, and do not fit the thigh.

After my daughter wore it for the first time, .

After my daughter put it on for the first time, the elastic at the waist twisted, which made her quite uncomfortable. I tried to fix it manually but to no avail. This will require someone to sew half the inside of the elastic, but that would mean going to Taylor. It would have been a lot easier to make it well finished from the start.

They show the underwear lines on her buttocks and don't look like she will wear them for very long

My daughter is a very petite 7 year old gymnast. She has just started wearing size 7 jeans and they need to be tightened to fit her. I ordered her a size 7 thinking they would last a while but they are quite tight. They show off the lingerie lines on her bum and don't look like they're going to be worn for very long. I would order one size larger.

Similar material but with disadvantages

Fits well. I bought 4 colors in 4 different sizes. Green isn't neon as it seems. In fact, it's more of a greenish-turquoise. Very dissatisfied with it. Also, looking at the top, one pair appears to have a manufacturer defect. It's upside down. It's my daughter's birthday tomorrow so I really needed these shorts for work. Now I have to go elsewhere to find a pair of neon green shorts.
