Non OEM Luminox as listed.

I am disappointed to receive this strap after it was listed as a Luminox brand which is not the same as what came on my Luminox watch. It looks almost the same and doesn't have steel bushings in the strips that the pins go through. Worst of all, the rubber itself is much stiffer and almost sticky. It hasn't broken yet, but due to the hardness of the material and the fact that it's a replica, I'm waiting for it to break/tear so I can return it and find the original.

Pros
  • understandable even for the old one
Cons
  • some minor things

is not real best watch bands

Not genuine as many reviews claim. I've seen fakes and worse. The rubber was as soft as the original but thinner and the buckle worse. I only replaced 1/2 of the ribbon that ripped. I left half with the buckle.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Frequency

Not a real Luminox strap. Suitable, but the quality is cheaper. The rubber is thinner and doesn't look as "sharp". For over $30 you're probably better off buying a real group that sells for $40 at an authorized dealer/service center. I agreed because I needed it faster.

Pros
  • Fingers crossed
Cons
  • Not bad, but...

Excellent delivery. Poor quality product.

Pay more to get a genuine Luminox replacement. The emblem on the buckle is smaller. There is no emblem on the strap like the original. There are nicks on the edges of the strap, it seems carelessly clipped. The strap holes are not even punched. The tape also has a noticeably reduced thickness. The fit is correct but overall disappointing if you're expecting a replacement for the original strap. You might as well buy $8 no name because of the quality feel.

Pros
  • 1 year trial
Cons
  • Available in white only

Questionable authenticity

I took this to an authorized dealer and they told me the bracelet was fake. The watch strap came without packaging. Standard Revain shell only. The Luminox embossing on the strap and clasp is not raised and is poorly stamped/outlined. Compared to the original, the difference in quality was clear. Silicone in rubber doesn't seem to work either. The original pins in the watch are covered with a metal tube that perfectly matches the original strap. However, the tape I received could only hold the…

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Requires socket

Put in a little more effort and buy the original directly from LumiNox.

I just fitted this wristband to my LumiNux 8800. This is NOT the original. It is thinner in thickness and the pins are slightly shorter. The word Nox is barely stamped on the buckle. Also, my original straps have metal pin inserts that the pins go in, but this strap doesn't. If you want the real thing on your $400 watch, shop elsewhere!

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Not as good as advertised
