According to the instructions on the box and on the product page I should have "Easy Care Machine wash cold, tumble dry low". Well, that's not true. After my first and only wash, it shrunk and the non-slip middle part completely tore. Wouldn't recommend it.

The color is as shown. The hem was wrinkled but I put it in the dryer with a damp cloth on low for 15 minutes and it straightened out nicely. The fabric is a little thin, but I haven't had any tearing issues. You won't find better quality for this price.

I'm stuck with this now. (But please don't fall in the same boat) The queen size is a full 3 1/2 - 4 inches short of the unfinished end. The seller/manufacturer is clearly trying to save money. If I could find something to attach and stretch this to my new metal frame it would be fine. In addition, the ends of the pleats hang incorrectly. I steamed them, but still. Please do not buy!

This product is falsely advertised as Egyptian cotton and may be overpriced. The bag was very crumpled, but the length suited me, so I decided to leave it after ironing. It felt very smooth, but when I checked the material label, it said "Egyptian cotton". I put the iron on the cotton setting and started ironing. Since the material is NOT cotton, unfortunately it has melted. The seller only offered 50% of the purchase price. Beware!
