I chose the medium rainbow for my 2.5 year old and it fits perfectly. The elastic waist is stretchy enough that it will likely last at least another year or two. I was pleasantly surprised by the softness of the tulle, as well as a very high quality line. The headband slips off easily, but my daughter's head is in the bottom percentile (she's short) and this is easily remedied with teeth or even some rubber.

I bought this for my 2 year old who loves to wear tutus! Right out of the box I couldn't figure out how cute this set is! The colors are bright and vibrant and the unicorn horn matches the tutu perfectly.
