The ability to create multiple accounts without requiring access to a server. I've been very satisfied with the support. I have not been able to try the premium features with the free account, at this time I'd prefer not to upgrade. I like that they offer multiple plans, so you can choose what works best with your budget or needs! They also have great customer service which i appreciate because sometimes when dealing online it's hard to get in contact w/ someone quickly who knows exactly how things work. I can install multiple magentos in one server with different configurations without any problem at all! The support team are very helpful, they even helped me to solve an issue that was related only from my side (the setup of PHP7). No cons yet but nothing terrible either. If you have problems installing your first website then give it try because there's no risk involved as long as you follow their tutorial guide correctly (as far i know!).
