I bought this item to hold my makeup brushes but to be honest it wasn't good enough for that purpose. The skull isn't as deep as the photos suggest, so my brushes kept falling out. Instead, I used it to store pens and jewelry. The design is still beautiful, the item is solid and I really love the style. It's definitely unique!

This item is very cute and scary! I bought this for my vanity to store makeup brushes but was disappointed that it was a lot smaller than I expected. My hands (standard size) sit at an angle there and are practically on the edge of the skull. So I used it in all my beauty blenders and makeup sponges instead. I added rhinestones to the eyes because I didn't like that everything inside is super visible. Super cute update!

My best friend loves skulls. For birthdays, Christmas and just about any gift, this is something with a skull on it. Okay first of all I LOVE this product. I use it to hold my brushes. Once I was cleaning the shelves and putting the skull on the windowsill (2nd floor) when suddenly my cat Hagrid (he's big and fluffy) knocked him over with his tail. It's much bigger and sturdier than I first thought. It came packaged in a very cool big black skull box which I have kept and will use. I just wanted a cool dresser item that could hold a few of my most used brushes, lip and eyeliner, etc. for easy, quick access in the morning. He's perfect for that.
