Didn't charge my computer.

I may have bought the wrong cable as I don't know much about it but from what I've read about the product I realized that I should connect it to USB on my had to chair and in my computer and use the computer. He didn't charge the computer. I just bought a new computer battery so I know it wasn't the battery. The battery died while I was using the computer. He didn't charge.

The first one didn't work at all, but allowed devices to be connected via USB 2.0, so I didn't notice it at first until I used a device that only required USB 3.0. I ordered a replacement and it at least connects to USB 3.0 but reconnects every 10 seconds making it completely unusable as any device connected to 3.0 instead of 2.0 would drop the connection. I don't know which is worse, but both don't live up to what…
