I have never seen or tried jasmine hydrolate. OMG, this is just amazing! It's so fresh and great not only for my skin but also for my psyche because of the great scent.     Skin Refresh at Toners & Astringents

    Malie Organics Hydrosol Facial Toner contains pure jasmine and rose hydrolate. Both rose and jasmine usually smell nice. But it smells strange after mixing. So I don't really like the smell. It leaves pleasant and fresh after absorption, not sticky at all.
