A must have if you have a Manfrotto Digital Director. This mount attaches securely to both the DD and any clamp you use to attach the rig to a tripod or c-rack leg. The other arms will detach and DD will fall out of his seat. Not good during filming, like interviews.

The photos included are misleading. The device comes with nothing more than anti-rotation locks on both ends and a 3/8 to 1/4 adapter. The cold shoe and hose pictured are not included. The arm itself is fine, but the rest of the parts will cost you another $25.

Ok, I've been using this model for a while and I think it needs some improvement now. This is just my opinion and it may not work for me, but I can tighten it as tight as I want and it still slips. It just wasn't worth it for me because it was quite expensive.
