100% Cotton Percale. Imported. This pattern is a true classic and part of Marimekko first floral collection designed in 1964. Due to its perennial popularity over the years, it has become synonymous with the brand. The design has been produced in many different colors, but by far the most iconic and signature color way is the signature Poppy red. However, the newer true Blue color way is just as appealing and brings a modern point of view to classic Blue and white. Duvet cover set has inside ties to hold the comforter in place. Set includes 1 duvet standard shams. Percale Cotton, reversible, includes matching shams, machine washable. Features signature Marimekko designs.D. Duvet cover features inside ties to help keep the comforter in place. Duvet cover features button closures.

Nice and good quality

Nice duvet cover. It's expensive but well made, durable and the cotton will soften over time. I love the bright colors and the Marimekko pattern - the colors don't run or fade; the shell does not shrink. Nice. I bought it for my mother and she was delighted.

Doesn't disappoint!

I have truly fallen in love with Marimekko over the past 30 years as my family and I have owned these beautiful designs. This bedding set will not disappoint. The quality is very good (although I wouldn't call it soft or scratchy) and the design is beautiful and matches the rest of the Marimekko poppy bedding which we have in other colours. I would recommend this bedding.

The color will fade after the first wash and the color will fade after the second wash.

Love the pattern but the color does fade after the first wash. After the second wash, the bleeding colors will disappear. Anyone have similar experiences? I'm considering returning it as I saw the colors bleed after the first wash. If others can tell it doesn't bleed after the first wash, I might consider not returning it. Please comment.

Linens do not match

I thought they would look like the ones advertised on the website. One was perfect - flowers with a center - and the other was just a row of petals - blue balls. As this is a queen size set, the panties will look odd/crooked on any bed. Also, the color/dye of the other Marimekko pillowcases that I bought separately washed out when I gently hand washed them. While pillowcases can be hand washed, I didn't want to go through the hassle of hand washing a queen size comforter. It's hard to tell how…
