Start your engine. exit onto the highway.

The intelligent Mario Kart game features familiar characters from Nintendo games for fun races. Several racetracks, each consisting of four thematically different racetracks, provide plenty of challenges. Some themes include: racing on regular (but not elliptical) circuits; Run through the gold mine (be careful not to fall off the rails); descent from a snowy mountain (beware of snowboarders); racing through the countryside (beware of the dairy cows roaming the dirt road); racing on the frozen…

family fun. Local and online.

Years after its release, this game is still one of the most entertaining and entertaining racing games of all time. It's simple but well-made design, couldn't be better. This is probably the only racing game that focuses more on family fun than trophies. Classic Nintendo characters as drivers is something that gamers of all ages will enjoy. I've been playing since Atari, that's how old I am, well not that old actually, but it shows how Mario Kart can do what other games can't, it not only…

Essential Wii game

Who doesn't love to race! Well, when done wrong the game can really stink, but Mario Kart is great. I haven't played a game since the Atari 2600 and I really like Mario Kart. I haven't tried it without the Wii steering wheel and I can't imagine it. The wheel makes the game very realistic and the cards are very sensitive to your movements. The first few times I played it, I had trouble "drifting" the kart through the corners, but once you get the hang of it, it's a very cool feature. Just to…

When Super Mario Kart debuted for the SNES around 1992, a legend was born. N64 continued this legend after him. As well as Game Boy Advance, Gamecube and DS. (As of this writing, Mario Kart 7 has yet to be released.) The Wii continues the legend. Is it worth it? Yes, for the most part. It's not broken and I've put in an impressive number of hours in it, but for one, I prefer the game mechanics of Mario Kart DS. Let me show you why and why you should probably buy this game anyway. In my opinion,

Great addition to the series, a must have for Wii

There were two games that made me love the Nintendo 64: Goldeneye 007 and Mario Kart 64. They were the console's defining games, and Nintendo has maybe done something just as significant with Mario Kart Wii. The basics are the same: you choose your character and karts before setting off on one of the many different tracks. You compete against 12 opponents (computer or user controlled) with the sole objective of being the first to cross the finish line. All this time you pick up items that can…
