The fact that I was sent a case with NO SCREWS or way to even open the case is ridiculous. Makes absolutely no sense! Can trap dirt and debris in small crevices, making it difficult to clean!

Is it durable? Yes. However, due to the metal casing it gives you no service on your phone. I wish I could get my money back.

Phone case dropped several times a day for almost a year, just now cracked. Have dropped it downstairs, out of a car, off a table, etc. without an issue. Extremely durable, many of the "issues” stated about the item, is a non issue if you pay attention to directions. I did however throw away the wrench not realizing it was in there, went back through the package and realized it was there. Great case 10/10.

Its finish rubs off VERY easily. Very disappointed with this. Also, the sliding door to protect the rear camera is flimsy, and doesnt even cover it entirely. Closed, it actually rests on the rim of the outer lenses which will be interesting to see long-term effect over usage or dread accidental drop.

It was heavy. I knew it would be so that wasn't a bad thing. The problem is the front should be that plastic that doesn't scratch instead of glass. I dropped it third day and broke glass. The glass also didn't hold up to simple daily life scratches.
