I have had a similar product for many years. This keeps small change to hand and avoids torn pockets. But this one was disappointing. It's thinner and smaller than the ones I had before. I replaced it with a larger one almost immediately. At around 2.5 inches wide, this one is of limited value to me. I'll read the fine print more carefully in the future.

I've had two compartment purses and this is a brilliant invention. They lasted for decades. This one is very poor. Difficult. It doesn't open easily and it doesn't close easily. You need two hands to use this thing. It's a cheap fake and I'm sending it back. Where, oh where do I find the original quality of this thing?

Over time, it loosens up so it can be manipulated with one hand, but it takes several months to use. That should last 10 to 20 years! I've had several and I think this is the best way to contain the changes.

This holder is slightly smaller than the previous one (from a different manufacturer) but holds tight. This may take time, but it works for me.

It looked great at first glance. But after unboxing it, it didn't do what I expected. I'm 72 years old and had one like this years ago and when you squeezed it opened up and shrank when you were done. The ones I bought had to struggle to open and fold to close. I thought you should crack it, but after carrying it in my pocket I had to struggle to open and close it every time. So I am very disappointed and have stopped using it altogether.
