3 year old thinks he is Thor. No more worrying about him breaking things or his sister with this soft hammer. Good size for 3-5 years. Halloween was a great success.

My 4 year old loves it and I love that he can play with it and pretend it's an avenger without taking damage as it's soft. The handle has a harder core to keep its shape.

We created a wonderful room for my obsessed three year old hero. This hammer was his favorite part and he insisted on sleeping in bed with it. It's soft enough to sleep on and rock safely on and well padded enough not to slide around. It was a heavy blow to our little boy.

Very odd shape. The handle is too soft and bends when lifted. I've tried straightening the handle but it just goes back to what it is in my photos. It's also a lot more than I expected. I've added a little lego man to my pictures for comparison. That would be a plus for some, but I was looking for a hammer the size of a baby rattle. Be sure to return this item.
