Adorable Mary Meyer Afrique Giraffe Character Blanket for Your Little One Review

Large size for little ones. I like that it's not stuffed except for the head. An ideal comfort dispenser and a great gift for the birth of a child. I also ordered for my child. The head looks a bit weird, but still cute.

It was perfect BUT it is not the color shown in the photo. It's a gray color that doesn't even come close to the color of a giraffe. My husband even tried to claim it was a donkey until I opened the listing and pointed out that it had horns.

Very soft and fluffy. Tender and loving. My 1 year old son loves this. He likes to chew on the ends. So far I've machine washed it (lay out to dry) many times and had absolutely no scuffs or tears. It seems to be of great quality and most importantly my son really loves it.

My 4 month old daughter loves these cute ones. She likes to play with the giraffe's mane and her light weight is very comfortable. We're not letting her sleep with him yet due to his size and young age, but she'll love that for a long time to come. I can even buy a second one if we lose this one.

This cutie is way cuter than most you can buy in the store. It's very soft and my 2 month old baby loves it! It's not too big and not too small. Perfect! He falls asleep holding it every night and loves to hold it in his car seat (I pick it up when I put him in the crib). I will definitely get another one in case this one gets lost.

I have 5 of these because having only one love for your child is a rookie mistake. My son loves it after buying 8 rabbits for his brother. Mary Meyer makes a wonderful long lasting stuffed animal. I'm glad the giraffe had a more consistent design than the rabbit. Rabbits, they changed the material after a year and the difference was obvious to my son's horror. No matter what, they wash well and are a hit with babies and toddlers.

Super cute and soft at first. I bought a second one after my child decided it was her favorite item. Unfortunately I don't find the quality worth the price, both giraffes are now tangled and have lost their softness after washing as per the care instructions. My daughter still loves it. hoping I could trade her for something more valuable than comforting her for years. This is our third purchase of the same item and we are very satisfied. We have OG Lovey who is older and has obviously seen a lot. "Second Love" lost at the zoo. It was a sad day, but Second Love decided he wanted to live with all the animals in the wild. Affectionately called "Puff Lavi" by her daughter, our replacement is now in rotation and still has her soft, snuggly novelty. We will always have 2 and a clean spare in the closet. I ordered 2 of these at different times/orders and the first one wasn't very soft as the reviews say but my son still liked it and was very attached to it than I ordered a second one as a backup. When the second came it was made of a completely different material and very soft. My son also liked it but I've always wanted to give a review because it's clearly different.
