I suspect it was bent when it was shipped to us. They packed it in a bubble envelope. They don't work, they don't fit your head. Tried on different head sizes. I could try to bend it, don't want to break it. I've used this before and liked it. But both just don't slip and slide properly on the head. Pretty annoying. To update. I had to set it up.
