I've spent weeks studying and observing mattress reviews. I was confident in ordering this mattress after seeing the great reviews. Now the question is what did I do wrong? This mattress is so hard and uncomfortable - I feel like I'm sleeping on a bed of books. I wake up every hour with aches and pains.
