Ordered two queen size waterproof mattress bags, one of which arrived with a damaged zipper from the original packaging. I tried to contact the manufacturer about the promised warranty but no answer. Their website has not changed since 2018. I liked the product but would not recommend it due to unavailable customer service and voiding the warranty.
