May Arts 2 Inch Ribbon Lavender Review

Terrible quality. Less weight than fusible webbing. I've seen tissue paper that was more durable. Unbelievable.

I am designing wedding invitations and needed a deep plum ribbon. I've had success with May Arts tapes in the past and it was a beautiful tape but be aware it's really dark. it has a violet hue, but it was almost brownish. I paired it with steel gray and bright orange to make it work, but it was still too brown for what I wanted. Although the quality is excellent.

Ideal for card making and scrapbooking. This bond is like a strong seam, but so fluid. It makes wonderful bows. I bought it as a supplement and got it at an incredible price. When I came back to order another one, the price was at the usual level. But if it's on sale again I'll buy 3 rolls. I even painted it with emergency paint and all sorts of sprays. My little fingers are very inky now. lol HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I bought this ribbon to complete some wedding party favors; I gave it a 4 star rating, it was good for the job and I was able to cut the length I needed; 12-14 inches of this ribbon, beautifully tied in small clear organza bags with a perforated card with the bride and groom's names; I was able to tie a bow long enough to make about 40 of these (need 35) before I ran out of candy, there were plenty of ribbons and even a little left over. Easy to cut and work with and the width was just right…
