The actual case is a bit pink but the keyboard color is perfect red and we ordered knowing it was included. All in all a great product. The hard case is carefully packed in multiple layers to prevent scratches during transportation. No direction but it's pretty straight forward. However, the top and bottom arrows in front and behind can be helpful. And an alcohol wipe for a top and peeling first/second grade screen protector would be helpful. I like this case and all the accessories at a great price. In addition, the case is very durable! I've dropped my laptop out of bed many times and there are no cracks anywhere! However, I gave it 4/5 stars because the keyboard cover that came with it does not fit the laptop model listed in the description.

It says it fits my computer in terms of size and model. but the floor keeps falling off, it sits wrong on the laptop. You always have to reconfigure it, and if you've got it set correctly, it'll pop up in a corner. It's a constant and very frustrating.
