For maximum impact, begin by combing your lashes, then create the look of extra long lashes using an eyelash curler. Carefully align the eyelash curler with your lashes and hold for five to ten seconds. Hold the wand in one hand, and with the other, gently lift the eyelid back so you have full leverage to coat the lashes from root to tip. Pull the wand out of the tube and wipe any excess product against the opening of the container - you can always add more later on. Apply mascara at the base of your lashes and sweep up through the ends, wiggling the wand from side to side. This will coat the sides of the lashes too.

My favorite mascara

I am so glad Maybelline has been making this product for many years. This is really a good mascara. No lumps, no dark spots under the eyes at the end of the day. Pretty good with water resistance, at least as good as anything I've tried. 3 packs is a good deal and the carcasses are fresh. I went to CVS and had to return the wand after opening it as the smell clearly indicated it was contaminated with bacteria or had been on the shelf too long and was going bad.

Best mascara I have ever used

It has taken me years to find a good mascara and I have only used this one ever since. I like to buy it in a pack of three because it saves me money and time. I never leave the house without mascara and an eyelash brush ๐Ÿ˜‰

I love this mascara. It's easy to apply and doesn't smudge. It makes my lashes look fuller. Washable with clean water and soap. This is my go-to mascara.

Compounded and soft for mascara

I'm a mascara lover so I've tried them all. The most expensive and cheapest drugstore brands. That's a solid path for me. No clumps, great pigment, goes on smoothly, just apply in layers with no clumps, or you can just apply a coat or two if you want a thinner look. Lashes stay soft. It doesn't feel hard and dry or flaky. Washes off easily.
