I find that the product can look clumpy and fake due to the applicator as it doesn't cover all of your existing brow hair and it can also look like paint on the sparse areas on your brows. My biggest tip is to buy a pack of disposable mascara brushes (like the kind makeup artists use) and use them instead of the built-in applicator to apply the product. After the first use I was hooked and thought I would love it. My brows were sparse and I thought it was easy and blendable.
