I used this to replace a damaged case on my Osprey water bottle. They fit perfectly and appear to be the same size, shape and material as the original piece. I've used them on a couple of hikes and they restored the bite valve to how it originally worked. I highly recommend them. A good buy if you have an Osprey hydration pack, whether your value is broken (it will eventually disappear) or not.

Quite by accident our old mouthpiece started to get moldy, I don't know exactly how as I cleaned it quite thoroughly and air dried it, but unfortunately that happened - it's okay. After trying to remove all signs of mold with little to no result, we looked for a replacement option. Fits effortlessly, like new! and now we have spare parts in case we find mold again.

So I chewed the original bite valve on my Osprey Hydrapak and didn't know what replacement to buy so I bought both. After comparing Mazama to Osprey, I leave Mazama and send the rest back. Mazamas are thicker (note the difference in weight) and have a stiffer feel. I hope they last longer. It is also pleasing that they are significantly cheaper. They don't bite.

I bought these to fix a leaking HydraPak Blaster bite valve. I'm a big fan of the HydraPak and they sell replacement valves, but this is a cheaper option and solves the specific problem of a broken rubber part. I received a 3 pack. Fits well. It took a bit of effort to take the old piece of rubber off and put the new one on, but it wasn't too bad. At first it seemed difficult to get good flow out of the valve, like the rubber was stiffer or something. After a few uses it got better and more…
