Day of receipt: Let me just say that I haven't used the product yet, and it may be OK, but I felt compelled to immediately write a review of the seller/supplier. This item arrived SMELLING SO OVERWHELMINGLY MOLDY/MUSTY that after trying it on (quickly) and feeling an irritation of my skin as well as my sinuses, I'm now washing it and HOPING that the horrific odor dissipates. The only reason I'm keeping it (truly, I'm horrified by the condition in which it arrived) is that it's the 5th different

I bought 1 of these for my husband who wears it to work sometimes when his knee is sore. He peviosly had knee surgery and he does a lot of walking , heavy lifting and climbing on ladders on a daily basis. He was worried it might either slide down or be too tight because it didn't have velcro straps like his previous one. He was surprised to find out it stayed in place very well and was very comfortable under his jeans. It gives medium support without binding. I gave the other one to my daughter

stretches out. Have to wash to shrink back to size . I bought 2 for both knees . One workout stretches out , no support. This is the Best Customer Service I have ever dealt with. They do read reviews. I loved the one piece with supportive Knee Hole. My objection was they stretch out , then too big no support left. They offered to send me replacements to try. These have no knee support and I don't like 3 pieces of Velcro. Digs into back of leg & knee. I will continue to just wash and shrink back

My knee circumference measures right at the upper cutoff for size L, so I ordered the large thinking that it might wear in a little bit and get looser. But boy oh boy, it was too tight to be even a little bit comfortable. So I exchanged it (quite easily!) for an XL, and I have worn it 8 times on my treadmill and I am so pleased! I was worried that it would become too large with wear, but so far that is not the case. I will update my review if that ever happens! But so far it has really helped…

I’d Worn the discontinued model 404 for 25 years it had more material above and below the knee and it stayed in place this one moves around a lot and I have to constantly keep adjusting it

My aging knee needed good support without pressure on the patella, so this works perfectly. I bought a second one for back up. It slides on and off with ease.

I have meniscus problems and this brace really helps. It's the only thing I have found that gives me relief and allows me to continue my daily walking routine. For the most part, it is very comfortable. It's a bit tight around my calf, but I feel it will loosen as time passes.

I've been wearing McDavid's Open Patella brace for years on my right knee when I run. Recently, my left knee started acting up, so I bought a new pair of braces, one for the right knee, the other for the left. They're very comfortable and give just the right level of support. They're now part of my regular running equipment.

It is comfortable for the most part, and flexible enough for activities but also provides some support. On me, it is a bit tight on the calf and loose on the thigh, but I'm petite with thin legs and small bones. I may not be typical. I could use a shorter one.

The MaDavid 403 knee support provides for me that extra support needed on long strenuous hikes that allows my knee to feel pain free during the hike and at the end of the day. I wore this on 8 consecutive days of hiking in November on the Appalachian Trail and am very pleased with the results.

Good support. But bought my usual large size and it was too tight at the bottom. Like the Neenca brace better. That's my feedback.
