I am not satisfied with this product. The grab bars were difficult to insert and it was almost impossible to attach the inner pocket to the corner loops. However, the company came forward and offered to replace it with a newer design with better support bars or give me a full refund. I always appreciate a company that genuinely wants to make a customer happy and simply gets the best feedback for doing so.

Pros: Looks nicer than expected. The lid fits well. The bags are sturdy and each holds just enough to be a good load. Velcro is sewn in which is nice. The fabric is similar to cotton, does not absorb odors. Cons: Bags have Velcro that needs to go into small circles of fabric on all four sides to hold the bag while filling. The tissue holders are too small; very difficult to insert the tabs. The velcro will start to peel off fairly soon with washing; The alternative is not to wash the dirty bag…

Love this basket! Perfect cream color and I love how it goes with my room. However, assembly was a bit tricky as it was difficult to stand upright after folding it into the box to insert the sticks. Also, one of the rod insert bushings was defective because it was too tight at the bottom and wouldn't allow the last rod to be fully inserted. I ended up having to cut a hole in the small bushing to allow the rod to go all the way down. But it works just as well and you never can tell!

I ordered this item in May 2021 and was so impressed that I ordered 2 more just a few months later. Well they just arrived today and this one (despite exactly the same name, product description and seller) is not the same quality at all. Lower quality fabric. And the stability struts are now on the outside, which doesn't look very nice. The top and bottom edges don't even line up, so overall it's not a true rectangle. I am very disappointed that they appear to have changed this item since May…

I love this basket! It's light enough to move the entire basket to the laundry instead of fumbling with removing the velcro straps for the inner pocket. He remains structural (can throw objects at him) even when squashed into tight spaces. Sturdy handles make it easy to lift. The beige color goes well with my bathroom tiles.
