Fits HP x360 Chromebook 11-ae131-nr. I haven't dropped a Chromebook so I can't say if this hard case will protect it, but it fits snugly and offers extra protection. I've put stars but I really have no idea how well it will hold up because only the top fits my kids' Chromebook. I'm guessing the model numbers don't match, but I've had a hard time finding the exact case for them, so thought I'd give it a try. I love this hard case. The color on my white Chromebook is very pretty and I like that it's transparent so my decals are still visible while it's on. The case is very sturdy and gives me the feeling that my computer is protected. The only thing I don't like is that my device can't fully switch to tablet mode while the lid is on, but I could live with that!

This case is amazing. Very pretty. I'm not sure why other reviewers say the bottom doesn't stay up. Mine snapped right in and stayed. Very good protection. I'd say it's a must have for everyone to keep Chromebooks from getting scratched. So easy to install and really beautiful when it's on. Product looks solid. It is durable without being very heavy. The downside is the fit and maintenance. I ordered one for the HP X360 G1 and the bottom fits perfectly. The top was almost done but didn't fully snap into place. The two hooks aren't long enough to hook onto the edge of the lid.
