Frame received with no visible damage. They fit my 13 x 19 prints perfectly and the glass went in and out of the front loading frame without incident. I was extremely cautious after reading some of the reviews and perhaps my caution is part of what helped ensure there were no cracks or breaks in the glass. horizontal and vertical sides. Considering the price, it doesn't really bother me.

I really want format frames because of the thin frame and glass instead of plastic. I originally bought this set of 3 because I can buy three frames for about the same price as two separate frames for the two 13x19 posters I have. However, there is no foam or padding between the frames. They are simply wrapped together so of course they arrived with broken glass in each frame. I sent them back for a refund. I still want to format the frames, but I need to get them from another source.

I bought 13X19 as it matched some of the posters I needed to put up. Unfortunately the first round was very poorly packaged and both were broken on arrival. Revain did well and sent me 2 new ones that were VERY VERY well packaged. This time when I tried to put the glass back in the first frame, I broke the glass itself. Such is life. You have to bend the corners to get the glass back in and I didn't bend enough. It worked for me with the second frame, but I think in the future I will avoid…

I've been trying out some "cheap" frames and trying to find something of consistent quality that I can use to easily switch photos. I was also striving for consistency in production, allowing me to place 4-6 frames side by side for a very consistent look. I've shopped at local craft stores ranging from very cheap to expensive minimalist galleries. This takes over. It's not the most durable, but you can't joke with things like this.
