It's too easy to knock your phone off the base

The phone is small and very light. It's too easy to knock the phone off the base; The phone seems too unstable. Also, the phone doesn't have a speaker. As it was bought for an elderly person it wasn't very good.

Ideal for seniors with vision and hearing problems, well made, great price.

I bought this phone for a friend who is blind but can still see. She lives alone in a nursing home. She also has hearing problems. She is 93 years old. What I like about this phone is that it's not complicated. She can't handle a bunch of buttons and the noise of the latest technology. I checked online but this is the only one that is reasonably easy. Thank you for carrying this product with you.

I bought this corded phone for my grandfather who is 90 years old and has vision problems. First of all I am not sure if this phone is for him as the reviews for this phone are not very good. But I decided to buy it after contacting the seller. I have to say they have amazing customer service.
