You're going to need one of those tacky bras, but if you had a low-cut nude bra, the mesh would be hidden enough where you could probably get by with a traditional bra. The dress was very long so you will most likely have to hem it. My sister tried it on, she is 5ft 9 inches tall, has 3 inch heels and the length was perfect for her, no change.

If you are tall this dress is perfect! My daughter is 5ft 10" and has trouble finding full length dresses that are long enough. She could wear at least a 2 inch heel and it would still be long enough. We ordered a size 8, it's medium weight. The dress is very pretty and has a formal look, just the right amount of padding under the skirt. Definitely recommend, especially as a cheap prom dress.

This dress is definitely not as pictured. I'm 5ft 2.5" and ordered 4 and it's very tight near the bust. I'm also 34B. When I received it the tulle on the inside of the dress was rough and it took me a long time to straighten it to straighten. This dress is also VERY long so you will probably have to spend money to hem it. To be honest for the price I don't think it will work.

Can't stress this enough, use the size chart with your measurements. It works! However, for my daughter's chest, we ordered a size 16. I raised my shoulders 2 inches and added a sleeve. We also removed the mesh, which made the puffy skirt look fuller, just how she wanted it. It looked great with or without.
