I sold Melaleuca products many years ago. Great products. I like gold bars. Wonderful. Heals everything on your hands, like skin irritations. Nice to see I can now buy it online. It's so great for your skin. If you have never tried this GOLD SLOT, you must order it. You will not regret it. Plus, your hands, face, and body will look and feel better. I have not found a single bar of soap that can do what this bar of soap can do. The Melaleuca oil it contains is magical.

This is a good healing soap for bug bites that I get a lot in the summer. The sad part is that it's expensive and runs out quickly, requiring you to refill your bar frequently. Otherwise this is a great soap and I can only recommend it.

update. This soap has so many uses that too many to list, as does "Original Meleleuc Shampoo". /Poisonous Ivy. This soap reduces the chance of "hooking" and is also a post-exposure prophylactic. Do you use it for washing? Removes dangerous ivy oils. However, you'll want to practice grooming with each impact, but a gold bar definitely helps. Oh My God. I thought I'd buy the invigorating tea tree soap I used to buy from Melaleuca, but it's not. It's small, but that's not a problem, it smells like flypaper. I'm not just saying that, it's disgusting. It was being used by my husband and I couldn't be near him until the smell went away. It went in the trash, dammit!

We have used this soap for many years and prefer it to all others. It smells good and is not overpowering. Does not irritate sensitive areas. It's not particularly moisturizing, but I don't want it to be either because moisturizing soap usually leaves a slimy feeling. We have soft water, commercial soap is difficult to wash off, and we don't like the smell of household soap. We're glad we can order this from Revain as we are not a Melaleuca dealer.

Other than another smell that wasn't bad or good (just different) there's not much to say here. For the price paid I was expecting something very different than most other similar bars of soap. Not to mention this thing lasted maybe 7-8 showers. That's all! While it didn't dry out my skin, it didn't seem to make it any better either. I guess I'm just expecting something noticeably different when I'm paying that much for a bar of soap.
