Great Platform for Business Ownership

The way member circle works with our clients/customers are really great! I love how they keep track of all my communication from my customers as well as send me emails about new leads coming through their website or referrals within our network which i have never had before. Nothing much but honestly its worth trying out because everything we needed was there including group messaging etc. We were able to solve some problems around customer engagement and retention that our competitors couldn't

  • Great support team who respond promptly anytime any where when asked questions via chats /emails
Cons
  • Not too many issues so far..but this one gets high marks even though it's hard sometimes
