Wireless mouse is mediocre, but don't rely on customer service. We contacted their support email address to find out what the two buttons on the left side of the mouse are for. The included quick start guide doesn't say anything about what they are for or how to use them, so we sent an email asking for help. I'm confused as to why anyone would spend at least twice as much on a wireless mouse. a standard size mouse, I used to have a smaller mouse. (I don't know why, but I like a smaller mouse). After a few hours of use, I'm so happy with it that I'm now seriously considering throwing away the old, smaller one. I bought this mouse when I went to school to teach children face to face and use two different computers at the same time. I wanted a different color mouse to make things easier. I struggled with this mouse until Jan 2021, it jumps, gets stuck, goes to sleep which is SOOOOO annoying, and adjusting settings in the computer, changing batteries, nothing helped.
