Got it for my husband. he has told me at least 3 times in the last 3-4 months since i received it that it is a "great belt"! It is durable and shows no signs of the warping/stretching that sometimes affects the back of straps when pulled over pant loops.

Great strap but I should have ordered it 2 inches longer as some of the other reviewers have written. I followed the belt sizing instructions, but it is two inches shorter than any of my current belts that are the same size as this one. This is a very thick, durable leather, although not as wide. This is a really nice wide belt. A buckle is a nice addition to a belt, helping to protect the belt and making it easier to put on.

I needed a 1 3/4" wide belt to fit the pant loops. The wide belt prevented the top of the pants from rolling through the belt like narrower belts do.

I once had a belt like this that lasted many years but couldn't find another in my local department stores, they were always cheap stuff that could last a few months before starting to break. This is exactly what I was looking for, a genuine leather belt, durable and able to withstand the strain of supporting a big guy like me. As others have said, make sure you buy a little more than usual.

This is a healthy belt! Great as a tool belt and can withstand abuse. This will take a long time. I also bought a 2 1/2 inch wide. I would advise them to finish and round the edges a bit. Using it will break it too.

The belt was delivered as advertised - thick premium leather with a sturdy buckle. The price is a great value compared to crappy belts sold for the same price. I have a waist size 34 so I ordered a size 40 belt which fits perfectly. Matches my Levis and other everyday pant belts. Not a fancy belt. I will buy another one when this wears out in 10-15 years.

I bought one of these about five years ago and it has been the only belt I have worn in the last five years. The best belt I've ever had and it still works. The only reason I bought another one is because I wanted it to be a bit wider. I originally bought 1 1/2 inch. Still great quality. Albeit a bit more expensive. In 2012 it was only $28. But it costs $45.
