I love Merrell boots. But they seem to be trying to send out shady stuff. All plastic and nylon. They don't fit and are uncomfortable. I want them to bring back that wonderful feeling that was many years ago. I can't wear them for more than a few hours. I bought a pair of Moab 2s at the same time and they are very comfortable. I guess I'm just old school, and like leather boots, Merrell really backs its products with a great warranty.

I really wanted to like these boots but they were too narrow. I wear a regular size 12. I would try wide or 12.5 but they weren't that size.

Great product from Merrell. The workmanship is good, but these are stuck. We strongly recommend going up a size or half a size. I thought they would stretch after breaking in but no. Otherwise a good comfortable boot for everyday use. I haven't used these hikes but I think they will work well in these conditions.
