Men's Merrell Encore CHILL Moccasin EARTH Loafers & Slip-Ons Shoes Review

I buy these shoes 1-1.5 sizes bigger because they fit snugly. I bought this shoe to wear as a slipper. I've tried all kinds of slippers and boots to keep my feet warm in winter, but nothing beats the support of real shoes. The fluffy inside is incredibly warm. I've been buying Merrell slippers for years. I usually buy Chameleon slip for the street. I like the high arch and slim fit. These Encore Chill slippers are very easy to put on. Chameleons are a bit difficult to break in, but these shoes won't shrink. I bought them for indoor use only. I've always bought insulated mens shards but decided to try them instead of slippers. These Merrill Mocs met my expectations. I own several different pairs of Merrill shoes because I'm a fan of their durability, comfort and support. The mock has a slightly wider toe box, which comes in handy in winter when you wear thicker socks. The faux fur lining is very soft and comfortable. I bought these as slippers but the durable Merrill sole means they can be worn anywhere. I recommend them if you are looking for a slightly wider width.

Warm and comfortable. I wanted something I could wear for short walks, rain, shine or snow. I often film shows and need something to wear for a short walk about every hour or so. This one does the job. It is high enough to step into shallow water. I hope this will be my favorite shoe this winter and many more.
