👟 Merrell Men's Waterproof Monument Sneaker: Stay Dry and Stylish in Any Weather Review

I think these are great shoes for walking on any terrain, with great support and a firm footing. I always feel like my foot is planted firmly on the ground stands, as stable as any hiking boot I've had, but less heavy and bulky. In my experience, it was comfortable to use all day. It's a bit small so I ordered the next size up a half size and it worked fine. I didn't hear the "whistle" that some people report when walking - maybe Merrell solved that problem? Highly recommended.

I ordered this shoe after searching for "men's waterproof sneakers". I had a pair of Merrell waterproof running shoes that were finally wearing out and I just wanted to replace them as best I could. Either the shoes are bad or I got a bad copy. They started falling apart after two weeks of normal wear. They were waterproof until they started falling apart. Now they are not waterproof. Wouldn't recommend to anyone if they fall apart like that. I contacted Merrell but they never replied. Really disappointing in a company I really liked.

This shoe fits a little tighter than the Merrell hiking shoes I've been wearing for a few years now; Unfortunately I don't know the model. For me this is perfect for preventing slippage without being too tight. They feel solid underfoot with good support, moderate arch support and good traction. I use them and the waterproof winter boots I bought with my tools. The meteorologist says it's raining or snowing or the weather is bad. This time of year I wear one or the other. I have a lot of shoes etc. I don't need to wear these shoes for anything other than what they are for - rain. And so far they've been great. I have been a big fan of Merrell shoes for many years. While these are good shoes, they are not as good as all my other Merrells. They are comfortable but not as comfortable as others. They only have one ear at the top. I think they cut corners.
