Does not fit out of the packaging, conversion required

As I said, does not fit in a standard 2 DIN radio. It fits well enough but looks a little off being recessed because the paneling doesn't fit the double din like it should. You'll also need a dremmel, a cutting tool, to make modifications to your dash, otherwise it won't fit.

Pros
  • Delivery was very fast
Cons
  • Exchange possible

Product looks good but does it fit the radio

Not suitable for a double 7" and you need to 1/8 modify (yes I just used a kitchen knife) (but this face hides a dirty cut) my new Swt double din 7inTo should return maybe 6.8 in din Note: I think I'll have to cut off part of the face which makes it look ugly and unprofessional 🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️

Pros
  • Great for a small house
Cons
  • Some minor issues

Works good memory leak

Used it to install a dual din stereo in my Dodge Ram 3500 06. Was easy to install and works great. It doesn't quite match but I have wood laminate inside and that sits on top but it looks ok. With this you need to cut off part of the dashboard (remove the sides of the stereo and the part that is between the stereo and the storage) and free the storage just below the existing stereo.

Pros
  • great product
Cons
  • not the best

Works great for radio accessory

Works as expected, includes detailed instructions for removing the dash and cutting the plastic on the dash bezel. I use this on a 2007 Dodge 2500 with no problems. You have to use a dremel or saw to cut the plastic and you will lose your pocket under the radio with this dashboard kit. The black plastic looks a bit cheap and that's why it got 4 stars, plus everything was great.

Simple, clean and inexpensive solution

Great solution for expensive alternatives. Let's face it, you make more money than you're worth spending over $200 on a factory "Dual Gamma" or "Nav" dash range indicator just to hear a din against a stereo in double exchange size. This part looks great and is easy to install. If you have a Dremel it's even faster. I installed it in under an hour and even reconnected everything wirelessly to see if everything was ok. Any comments about them being "broken" or "it looks awful and doesn't match"…

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Fair

WARNING ! TOO SMALL TO INSTALL A DOUBLE DIN RADIO!

The bezel is too small for my radio and I don't think it will fit in every radio. The standard double DIN specification is 180mm wide, which is just over 7 inches. The hole in this piece is about 6.75 inches, which is 1/4 inch too small to fit in any double din I know of (where did you get pics of it installed? 8 inches under spec?). I'm not making this up - see the photos I've attached, 6 and 3/4" wide where it should be AT LEAST 7, and technically the mustache is wider than 7" to fit the…

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Blank

Works as stated - Added good installation advice for aftermarket units

Follow the guide - My review is for informational purposes only! The dashboard has a standard crescent moon radio. I have a 2006 Dodge Ram 2500 Diesel. These trucks don't have the typical dashboard kits. It was confusing trying to figure out which one to get! I only bought this one because another review had a picture and some useful information. This kit works well, but there are a few things you need to be aware of. Panel cutting required at the factory. If you have a Dremel or any other type

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • Negative experience
