Plug and play, very easy to disconnect like any wiring harness. 10.4 dual din installed and everything works as it should.

1 star as a warning, this is not suitable for the 2019 Ram 1500 Classic as they say, also the manufacturer website is wrong, look for Maestro, additional 12v power is not transmitted when using this gauge.

It didn't work at first, the radio didn't get any power. Thought the problem was the red power wire as some people said. Turns out all I had to do was plug it in, turn on the truck and wait about a minute and then it just turned on. I think it took a minute for signals to come out of the interface. Works perfect!

Used this on my 2018 Ram 2500. I have cross referenced both manuals (main unit and interface) to ensure each wire is properly connected. The head unit would not turn on, I had to connect to a switched 12v circuit to power the head unit on and off. Everything else worked correctly.

Easy connection instructions, soldered to Pioneer harness in about 20 minutes. My truck has a 5.0 uconnect from the factory and it wasn't plugged in, the red ignition wire doesn't get power from the factory wiring harness, had to run the wire from the cigarette lighter. Otherwise great product, glad to get rid of the poor stereo quality that came from the factory.

This saved A LOT of cable searching. It plugged directly into my truck's wiring. The only issues I had were switching power and the reverse signal. I had to pick up the switched power supply from the cigarette lighter and switch a relay to bypass the reverse signal. My guess is that both issues could be because my truck is a 2019 (Ram) and they changed something. However, solving the two problems is much easier than keeping track of each speaker and other cables.

Incorrect name "13-UP". Maybe it works for 2013-2017? The only reason you need the little black module box is to access the "Accessories" and "Fuse Trip" lines, but that doesn't work. If you plug this in instead, you'll activate the check engine light (replacing the factory stereo will reset it). All other lines (ground, power, 4 speakers, camera signal) are through and the black box does not work. It will neither help nor harm. I ended up hooking up an auxiliary lead to a nearby cigarette…

Bought for 2017 RAM 1500 without amp. The product listing says 2013 and up which leads me to believe this would work for my system. Well, nothing changed after installation. I double checked everything and still nothing. I called Metra tech support and waited about 45 minutes to speak to someone.
