[UPDATE 01/22/2021] After using this case and plugging it into my computer I noticed that it randomly opens a new instance of my explorer. There are several times a day. Just like plugging in a new USB drive. But this body does it by itself. I do not know why. It doesn't look like there are any settings for this thing. It worked fine with my NVME M+B SSD. I know it shows the PCIe M key, but my PCIe M+B key worked. From USB-C to USB-C, I've achieved transfer speeds of over 500MB/s. Yes, a gig in about 2 seconds. Assembly was pretty easy. It gets a little warm, but that's to be expected. I like that the case is slim and overall small, but a couple of finned heatsinks can be a nice addition. I've already recommended it to a friend or two and would do it again.

I have an M-Key M.2 SSD and this enclosure should work with both M-Key and Key B&M SSDs. I followed the instructions and neither my computer nor laptop was able to see the drive. The SSD itself works fine on my motherboard. We give back this garbage.

I've recently tested several different brands of SSD enclosures. This one is ok so far. CrystalDiskMark actually thinks it's a bit faster than everyone else. Not a lot, but a little. Who knows. But with my SSD card, it definitely hits the full 10Gb/s transfer speed. It also works well with a troublesome 2nd gen USB power adapter that doesn't work with another brand's SSD enclosure. Excellent form factor. At first it is a little confusing where to attach the thermal pads - simply printing on a self-adhesive backing helps. I spent more time searching to make sure I got it right than putting everything together. A design flaw is that the M.2 card only slides in and snaps in at one end, so the card can rattle a bit.
