Received this as a gift and was well received. Not as tall as the photo, that's for sure, or the model is 4ft tall and weighs 80lbs. But it seems to fit the needs.

Wish the shoulder straps were wider and longer, about 2.5cm. I wish it was in a softer material as it's not leather, especially for the price. It's very heavy and heavy even before you load it. But it is a very nice bag.

The bag is too big, heavy and the material is very hard. I so regret buying this. It's more of a large bag for your laptop, iPad or other work essentials. I bought it as a wallet. Present for my student granddaughter.

Please note the dimensions are written, not the picture of the lady holding the bag. Obviously it has been changed. I went to the store and found the bag, compared the names, they match.
